Our one-eight ownership program provides you with the opportunity to buy into the dream of owning a spectacular Lakehome at Superior Shores.

Interval Interest ownership at the Lakehomes, entitles each owner to six or seven weeks per year, on a rotating schedule, for the private use of the unit. You or your guests may use your time, or any portion of that time, as you desire and at your convenience.

It’s home ownership, without the chores - so sit back, put your feet up and enjoy. We’ll do all the work. Cleaning and maintenance are provided at nominal rates. It’s home ownership with all its advantages at one-eighth the cost. Eight owners share the monthly expenses and improvements, so relax - you can afford your private retreat.

One-eighth Interval Interest shares range from $24,900 to $89,900. Prices are determined by size, location, interior amenities and décor. Each Lakehome is one-of-a kind, reflecting its ownership’s tastes and lifestyles.
